Once we have spoken with you and received your general information regarding your product or service, you will need to print out the Vendor Agreement Form. Complete this form and return it along with payment to:

All registration forms and payments must be received by March 1, 2024.  We only have space for 16 vendors.  Booths are reserved on a first come basis.  We will not reserve a booth until payment is received.

Remember we cannot reserve your space until payment is received.

General Vendor Information:

Booth Rental:

One Table Booth: $200.00
Includes one table, a black tablecloth, and 2 chairs, plus a link on our website

Two Table Booth: $400.00
Includes two tables, two black tablecloths and 2 chairs, plus link on our website

Food Vendors: $450.00

Any vendor that will be selling food products.  Food trucks, restaurants, etc.  Anyone selling prepared food must contact us first for approval. We can work with you to find out what type of set up will work best for you.

Premium/Entrance Booth: $500.00

Our premium booth allows vendors the chance to set up in the main entrance.  The booth offers direct access to all shoppers entering and exiting the store.   This booth must be confirmed by Jack and Jules prior to mailing your vendor agreement.  For questions or to reserve the booth, email or today.

Electricity is provided; however, if you need an extension cord you will need to provide it. You will be able to preview and set-up your vendor space during drop off.

Banner Placement: $100.00

Reach your audience by placing your business’s banner in our store during East Tennessee’s BEST consignment event.  Allow your business to be noticed by thousands of shoppers at once.  Your business must supply the banner.

Booth Information

You may set-up your booth during our drop-off days.  All booth rental vendors need to be completely set up by Tuesday March 5, 2024.  The early shoppers will shop on Wednesday, and the general public sale will run Thursday through Saturday. All vendor booths will need to be removed after the sale ends on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 5:00 pm.  Vendor fees are not refundable.

Payments from customers are the Vendor’s responsibility. Jack and Jules Children’s Consignment is not responsible for your promotional items, nor an unattended booth. A representative is required to be at your booth for the entire sale. You may only sell or represent your product or service that we agreed on.
